How does the booking process work?
Once you submit a reservation request via our Booking page, our concierge team will verify availability with the specific themed hotel and send you a secure payment link to confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
For most of our luxury properties, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. However, exclusive suites (like the castle master suites) may require 7 days notice. Please check your specific booking confirmation.
Are the prices shown per person or per room?
All pricing is displayed per room, per night, based on double occupancy. Taxes and standard fees are included in the displayed starting price.
Do you offer group bookings or event spaces?
